Payment, Illness & Cancellation Policies

PA Days & March Break Camp

 

Payment

  • Pay in full, or a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at time of booking.
  • Balance of payment is due 14 days before the first day of the camp.

We accept etransfer, cheque, cash, Visa or MasterCard. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Refund Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to your child’s start date. Written notice of at least 14 days before the week you wish to cancel is required.

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable.
  • We will refund you the balance of your fees paid, less your deposit.
  • Balance can be transferred 72 hours prior to the date attending.
  • No refund if cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the date attending.

In the event of a mandatory closure the full amount paid (deposit + any balance paid to date) can be used as credit towards another week, the 2025 summer camp season or other services at Earthbound Kids (ie. Riding Lessons, PA Days, ALP Program, Birthday Party etc..). If a refund is requested the balance paid will be refunded minus a 5% administrative fee.
